30 Wall Ball Shots 14#W; 20#M
30 DB Snatches 40#W; 50#M (ALT L+R)
30 Burpees
30 KB Swings 45#W; 55#M
30 Shoulder to Overheads 95#W; 115#M
30 Deadlifts 155#W; 205#M

In teams of 4, perform the movements. Athlete 1 starts and must complete all 30 Wall Ball Shots before Athlete 2 can commence the Wall Ball Shots. Athlete 1 goes on to complete all DB Snatches before Athlete 2 can start that movement; Athlete 3 starts the Wall Ball Shots when Athlete 2 completes them and so on.
