A small Ode to Gaby who had a ‘little’ run in with a Box during today’s WOD… 6 Stitches later she’s doing ok – and yes – proclaimed she’ll be back at CrossFit as soon as she get’s doctor’s clearance (maybe even before). Get well soon Gabs!
