SKILL: 20 Minutes:

Squat Cleans: 5 x 6 + 2 Jerks

3 x 3 + 2 Jerks

Add weight as needed

WOD:

On a Running Clock:

15 Ground To Over Head 95#W; 125#M

100 M Run

15 Squat Cleans (same weight)

100 M Run

15 Push Jerks (Same Weight)

100 M Run
