Burgener Warm Up

30 Air Squats

30 Push Press (with the PVC) 

SKILL:

8 minutes on each:

Squat Cleans

Push Press

Deadlift

WOD:

With a Partner do the following for Time:

50 Squat Cleans (75#W; 95#M)

50 Push Press (75#W; 95#M)

50 Deadlifts (125#W; 175# M)

Every TWO minutes you both perform 5 Burpees
